The main alloy materials for die castings are tin, lead, zinc, aluminum, magnesium, copper, etc. Zinc and aluminum alloys are widely used, followed by magnesium and copper alloys. At present, zinc, aluminum and magnesium alloys are mainly used in the electronics industry.
ABS: The density is 1.2, the toughness is good, it can be bonded, and it can be baked to 70-80 degrees after oil injection

PMMA: Density 1.3, relatively broken, good transparency, can be bonded, can be baked to about 65 degrees after spraying

PC: Density 1.2, can withstand high temperature of 120 degrees, can be bonded, can be sprayed, and the transparency is average

POM (Saigang): Density 2, high strength and toughness, can not be sprayed, can not be bonded, wear-resistant

PP: Density 1.1, high strength and good toughness, can be sprayed with oil, can not be bonded

Bakelite: Density 2, high strength and toughness, can not be sprayed, can not be bonded, can withstand high temperature of 250 degrees

Nylon: Density 1.2, high strength and good toughness, can not be sprayed, can not be bonded

475 plastic sheet: density 1.2, relatively soft, poor toughness, can withstand high temperature of 60-70 degrees

Plastic King (PTFE): Density 2.2, can not be glued, can not be sprayed with oil, can withstand high temperature of 250 degrees, relatively soft
